It has been owned and run by Ozzie & Lin since 2005, a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of catering experience. Lin takes care of all the front of house organisation and you will always be assured of a warm welcome from her. Lin is a genuine people person who gets real pleasure from seeing others enjoying themselves.
The kitchen is Ozzie's domain. He has his own philosophy of food and loves everything to do with food preparation, sourcing the best seasonal produce from local producers and suppliers, meat from the local butcher and personally visiting the fishmonger on a daily basis. These ingredients provide the foundation for Ozzie's repertoire of dishes that are well prepared, innovatively cooked and well presented.
