Sample the unique delight of west coast fresh seafood at this famous family run restaurant on Eglinton Street. Conlons Seafood restaurant and oyster bar is a well known Galway landmark for many years.
Located in the heart of Galway City it is convenient to Galway's most popular pubs, nightclubs and theatres. It the perfect way to start a great evening in Galway or for a late night snack after the pubs close. At lunch time a range of starters, sandwiches, soups, salads and omelettes are available - all reasonably priced.

Full meals range from traditional fish and chips (starting at £3.95) with a wide choice including cod, whiting, squid, ray, haddock, silver hake, black sole, and many more varities that are landed fresh at the local harbour. Galway oysters from 6 pounds/half dozen are available September to April. Pacific oysters are served when the native 'Galway oyster' is out of season. Try the famous fisherman's platter and smoked salmon (including wild salmon from the Salmon Weir when in-season from June). Lobsters, scallops, mussels, crab claws supplied fresh daily. The seafood chowder with home baked brown bread is a must.
