Paul is the proprietor and manager of the business. With over 25 years in the hospitality trade and a career working with a large chain of hotels after achieving his degree at University.
Paul and his wife invested in The 51st State (known then as Di Marco’s) and La Cantina Restaurant.
Now in their 12th year, Paul is very proud of their achievements and as well as running a successful business and a Father of two,
Paul is a Director for the Cowal Highland Gathering and runs the local Scout Troop. He has no spare time to speak of!!
