Jacks Alderney

We have been reminiscing about our favourite destinations whilst we have been locked down here in England. Alderney is right up there in the top 3 and we would like to comment on the businesses that we found on our holiday, that made the trip more enjoyable and Jacks was great for Jerry and me to go for lunch. One of the first resaurant/ cafe bars you will pass when coming from Braye Beech. Nip in and have a look at the menu, and the guy who runs it is very knowledgable on the Island and will offer his advice or help if needed.

Great to see Richard again and stamping his personality on this delightful cafe / Bistro. It now opens some evenings, which is great news for visitors and locals. Have a great season From all the Hartbourguides Crew.

A nice café bar run by a friendly and slightly eccentric guy. Always greeted us as if we were special. We wish him all the best for the future and hope to see him again this year.

Café charmant tenu par un Anglais excentrique. Bonne ambiance et beaucoup de places assises à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. nous avons vraiment aimé ça ici.

Nice little cafe/restaurant on the main Street. Didnt open in the late afternoon or evening when we were here.

When we saw this on the site, we were delighted to see that it was the previous manager from the Braye Beach Hotel. He is doing a tremendous job in his new eaterie and his personality is rubbing off, making it a nice experience to eat in. It does close early, or did on our visit, so go for breakfast or lunch.
