SINGAPORE SLING RECIPE

SINGAPORE SLING

3 shots of Gin
3 shot of cherry brandy
Soda water
1 shot lemon juice
1 slice of lime
Teaspoon of golden syrup
6 ice cubes cracked

Put everything except the soda water into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a tumbler and top up with soda water. If it’s a hot day do half and half with the ice.
