ImageAQUATIC DINOSAUR WAS TRUE KING OF TERRIBLE LIZARDS

Step aside T Rex your days of glory are over. Scientists have discovered a fossil of a giant sea lizard in the Arctic that makes old rex look like a puppy dog. The Predator X is 50ft long and had a bite force of 33,000lbs per square inch.

Excavation leader, Joern Hurum, who helped assemble the fossil from 20,000 bone fragments, said of the Jurassic-era marine reptile, 'With a skull that's more than 10 feet long you'd expect the bite to be powerful but this is off the scale… It's much more powerful than T-Rex,'

With teeth measuring a foot in length the pliosaur would have been top of the food chain for sure. They estimated the force of its jaws by comparing it to the similarly shaped jaws of Florida alligators and came to the conclusion that Predator X’s bite was over 10 times more powerful than any modern animal and at least 4 time that of a T Rex. But don’t go worrying about coming across one next time your mid ocean; the fossil is believed to be around 147 million years old.
