MOJITO COCKTAIL RECIPE

MOJITO

2 shots white rum
1 shot lime juice
Soda water
Ten fresh mint leaves
Ice
Slice of lime
1 teaspoon white sugar

Put the mint into a glass and sprinkle it with the sugar. Roughly mash this together. Pour over the rum and lime juice. Add a handful of ice and top up with soda. Stir slightly and drink through a straw.
