MINT JULEP

Plenty of crushed ice
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
3 shots bourbon
Fresh mint leaves

Put ice, mint leaves and syrup into a tumbler and mash together thoroughly. Pour over the bourbon and place a couple of mint leaves on to decorate
