HAWK SCOUT AQUA SCOOTER

It’s getting the panning it deserves from press all over the US, but we at Harbour Guides think that the Hawk SH-150.1 Scout Aqua Scooter is just typically Stateside and we like it. Why bother to actually swim when you can charge this little beast up for 4 to 6 hours and get an hour of leisurely cruising through the ocean with no cardio vascular interference necessary. Glide effortlessly through the water at an astonishing 3mph or go Jacques Cousteau style and dive to depths of up to 65feet.
It’s probably the most pointless water sport accessory ever to be invented and at around £100 to buy it’s probably the biggest waste of money too. But we’re sure the kids will love it and Americans will buy them by the thousands. After all it’s not about stupidity it’s about not having to exert yourself on your long awaited vacation. Give it three years and there’ll be Hawk Scour Aqua Scooter owners clubs cropping up. You’ll see.
