A NEW WEMBLEY IN DIDSBURY!!

Fans don’t come much more dedicated than mad Manchester United fan Phil Spark’s. The 25 year-old surveyor was absolutely mortified when he failed to get tickets for the Carling Cup Final at Wembley this Sunday. He was faced with the choice of watching the match down the pub or on his wide screen TV. He plumbed for the latter, called up his mates to invite them to join him and then converted his front room into a mini Wembley Stadium. The walls are now adorned in crowd photos, he has a turnstile in the doorway, the carpet has been replaced by fake turf and he’s even bought a pie heater.
'This is the next best thing to being there… I was gutted when I couldn't get a ticket for the game but I've spent the last few weeks making sure I won't miss any of the action or atmosphere… I may even charge my mates to come round for the best view in Didsbury.'
So the rumour that most Manchester United fans haven’t been to a game could well be true!
