A marvellous little place slightly off the main drag (in Church Street opposite the Regal). Billed as serving European cuisine, it's run by an Hungarian family - hurrah! Mum cooks and daughter makes guests very welcome. Splendid Magyar home cooking with rich sauces and imaginative combinations. There's a lot of predictable food in Kingsbridge, so Madeleine's really adds something new and delicious. Have a glass of dry Tokay as an aperitif, sit back and relish a couple of hours of Mittel-Europa pleasures

Our restaurant has one of the best views in Salcombe over looking the sea. We specialise in seafood and use the freshest ingredients sourced locally where possible.
A fine selection of high quality spirits, cocktails and wines are available from the bar to be enjoyed at the bar, in your room, in the restaurant or on the sun terrace.

The main bar has plenty of seating to enjoy a drink. We serve real ales, lagers, cider, and Guinness on draught, a wide selection of soft drinks and spirits. During the colder days and nights, the log burner will help keep the chills away, and if its a bit of entertainment you are looking for, why not try your hand at darts or pool.

The CRABSHELL INN is gloriously situated on the quayside and with its south westerly aspect basks in the sun all day. The Inn is situated in the pretty village of Frogmore, which lies between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, in glorious unspoilt South Hams countryside.
The pub has undergone a tasteful renovation during winter 2006/2007 and now boasts 8 well appointed ensuite bedrooms. We have a fresh look to the restaurant and bars and have created an exciting new menu to complement the changes.
The South Hams is a haven for sailors, golfers, divers, ramblers, birdwatchers, etc - almost all activities are well catered for. The Globe is an ideal base for all holiday activities. We are surrounded by magnificent coastal scenery and un-crowded beaches, historic towns and villages are all close by.

No 55 is situated in the centre of picturesque coastal town of Salcombe in Devon. Our cosy family-run restaurant offers stylish freshly prepared evening meals as well as good beers and fine wines.
No 55 doors first opened in May 2013 (formerly Catch 55) after undertaking an extensive renovation programme to bring the restaurant to the high standard you will find today.
All our food is freshly prepared using local produce where possible and our evening specials board is regularly updated to ensure a great variety of fresh tasty dishes.
No 55 menu is distinctively Italian with European influences. Our Chefs produce thoughtful and beautifully presented dishes of great flavour and character. The menu reflects our desire to create dishes that remain in the memory and linger on the taste buds. The wine list is small, interesting and carefully chosen, wines to complement the menu and the season.
