Mayflower Marina is unique! Not only are we an independent marina but unusually, we are owned by shareholders of whom the vast majority are existing berth holders.The Company's Chairman and the entire Board of Directors are both shareholders and berth holders. This combination of factors sets us apart from other marinas, placing higher emphasis on customer care and allowing for a policy of continual investment and improvement of facilities. Non shareholding berth holders and visitors are most welcome - there are no second class citizens at Mayflower Marina! We hope that you will be impressed by our marina and the friendly atmosphere that exists between berth holders and staff.

The entrance to the marina is accessable at all states of the tide and can be found on the starboard side of the docks

Situated at the mouth of the river Plym, Plymouth Yacht Haven offers good protection from the prevailing winds and is within close proximity of Plymouth Sound. This 450 berth marina can accommodate vessels up to 45m in length and 7m draught.
Members of staff are on site 24hrs a day to welcome you as a visitor and to serve diesel. 2008 sees the opening of a brand new bar and restaurant at the heart of the marina. Within easy access are several coastal walks, a golf course, and health centre with heated swimming pool. The city of Plymouth and historic Barbican are just a short water-taxi ride away.
With a 65ton travel hoist, undercover storage, and extensive range of marine services onsite, Plymouth Yacht Haven has the perfect yard for any maintenance required.

Plymouth is well known as a City of the Sea and has played a major role in seafaring voyages around the world. Queen Anne's Battery (QAB) is therefore a popular marina with long-term berth holders and many visitors during the summer months. Offering outstanding facilities for yachtsmen and motor cruisers alike, it has 280 permanent berths for boats up to 19 metres and a visitors' area with alongside pontoon berthing. Besides a chandlery, brokerage and yacht charter, there is a provisions shop selling essential items as well as a cafe, bar and restaurant. QAB is also home to the Royal Western Yacht Club and many international short-handed yacht races start and finish here, including the single-handed Transatlantic Race, the Round Britain Race and the finish of the prestigious Rolex Fastnet Race.

Plymouth's hidden maritime jewel is now open to visit. The grade 1 former Royal naval vicualling buildings are coming alive with cafe/bars, restaurants, museum, art galleries, offices and residental spaces.

Visit the brand new visitor basin with berths available to rent daily, weekly or monthly. Situated at the entrance of the river Tamar, This offers the visiting mariner the opportunity to have a gentle sail on the scenic river or a sea cruise around Plymouth's coastline.

A daily ferry service operates between Royal William Yard and the Barbican from May - September.
