OLD FASHIONED – Cocktail Recipe

1 sugar cube
Teaspoon angostura bitters
Teaspoon water
2 shots bourbon (or brandy)
4 cracked ice cubes

Place the sugar cube in a small chilled tumbler. Dash the bitters over the cube and drip the water in. Mash with a spoon until the sugar dissolves. Pour the bourbon (or brandy) into the class and stir well. Add the ice and serve with a lemon twist.
