HARVEY WALLBANGER

3 shots of quality vodka
1 shot Galliano
Fresh orange juice
Ice cubes
1 slice of orange

Pour the vodka in a shaker with a hand full of ice and half fill with orange juice. Shake like mad for about 30 seconds. Put a few ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the mixture over it. The Galliano should be poured slowly on top so it floats and the orange slice should be used to decorate.
